Is it also possible to have another "template" for the "Display as"

The Address Book interface will always show the Display As field in the
"Display Name" column. There are third-party apps (like ChangeNames from
http://www.outlook-stuff.com/component/option,com_docman/task,doc_details/gid,1/Itemid,2/)
that can be used to modify the DIsplay As field en masse.
