Afaik Multi-user Interface Packs are only available to corporate, i. e.
volume, customers. Tzabi, buy a Russian copy of Office. If you can upgrade
to Office 2007, you can buy a Russian Language Pack for Office online. In
the US these cost $24.95. I have the German one and it lets me switch the
user interface language back and forth between English and German.
