Default how do i change the language of my office toolbars?

You could also go to
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/do...133501033.aspx , and
download the Bosnian/Cyrillic language pack for Office 2003--if that will
work for you. Or you can go the route that Earle suggested (purchasing a
Russian version of Office 2007 or purchasing an English version of Office
2007 and then purchasing a Russina Language Pack from
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/do...133501033.aspx ).

I hope that helps.

Afaik Multi-user Interface Packs are only available to corporate, i. e.
volume, customers. Tzabi, buy a Russian copy of Office. If you can upgrade
to Office 2007, you can buy a Russian Language Pack for Office online. In
the US these cost $24.95. I have the German one and it lets me switch the
user interface language back and forth between English and German.

You would need a Multi-user Interface Pack. But, I don't believe they are
available any longer. So perhaps you may buy a retail Russian copy of of
Office from someone who longer needs theirs.
