Using Outlook 2002 on home PC - no network

I somehow wiped out all my contacts. I was able to open a
backup .pst folder and drag and drop contacts into currnt
Outlook contacts. I can see all the contacts, but my
address book is empty. I can't select contacts when
drafting new emails. Suggestions?
