Just to add to the comments already mentioned, I do not
think it is wise to set this option because I *believe* this will
require that you post an actual e-mail address to the newsgroups
which is really not a good idea. Unless of course, you enjoy
getting lots of SPAM and viruses.

It's probably safest just to come back to the newsgroup for your
answers. You can use the News feature of Outlook Express to connect to
msnews.microsoft.com as the news server; the Communities webpage is
NOT THE NEWSGROUP, it's only one of several tools to get to the
newsgroups - and (IMHO) not the best such tool!
