Default Outlook 2003: Formatting letters

Russ thank you: At present I just copy and paste contact postal addresses to
send letters. Is there any other way? Please do not waste your time answering
this post if there is no other way. You do a great job in answering peoples
questions. Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year.

Not really. That feature is so dysfunctional none of us use it. It has been
removed from current versions.

Hi Is there anyway to give some kind of formatting to letters created by
the
‘letter wizard’ when using contacts to write letters. To be a little
clearer:
I click on: Contacts-actions-new letter to contact-the letter wizard
appears.
I use the insert address facility/date/salutations/enclosed etc. When I
click
finished the recipient’s name and address/date/sender’s address etc. are
all
bunched together with no spaces. It is not that big a problem a few clicks
sorts it out but it would be nice if there was a permanent way to sort it.
Thank you.
