Thank you.. Now it is a trade-off, because I have already spent some time
formatting each of those separated text boxes. I think if I copy them all
into one big text box so they can be linked, then I will have to redo all my
spacing.

Hope your 6 university choices all make the good decision to invite you to
spend time with them.

Using Publisher 2002, I have multiple text boxes on separate pages.
I want to link them, so that I can use the "Continued" messages, but
they already have data in them. Is there a way to link them, without
having to start over with empty text boxes?

You will need to move all the text from the later text boxes to the first.

Click in the second text box so that an insertion point (flashing "|")
appears.
Tap Ctrl+A
Tap Ctrl+X
Click in the first text box of the chain so that an insertion point appears.
Tap Ctrl+End (next to Delete)
Tap Ctrl+V

Now link Text Box 1 to Text Box 2.
Repeat until golden brown.
