Earl,
Probably you have a presentation which contains embedded fonts that are
licensed for viewing only.
Try to open the file in PowerPoint 2002/2000 and perform a Format - Replace
Fonts and replace the culprit font with Arial or Times New Roman.
Guessing here as you didn't leave much clues. So also read this:
