Default Getting out of the border zone

Thanks. Is there any way to draw lines on a Word document and put them
whereever you want them?

The border is a formatting feature applied to paragraphs of text. You've
applied it to some paragraphs; and Word then continues to apply it until
further notice. For the paragraphs for which you don't want it (ie, those
below the bordered paragraphs), select them and use Format Borders to
clear the setting (the reverse of how you applied it), or apply some other
style, or press Ctrl-Q to make the selected paragraphs revert to their
defined styles.

I put a border around some text using the Borders function. Now I want to
move on to another part of the page. But whenever I click there the
cursor
always goes back to the inside of the first border. How can I move on to
another part of the page?
