apply it until further notice. For the paragraphs for which you
don't want it (ie, those below the bordered paragraphs), select them
and use Format Borders to clear the setting (the reverse of how

I put a border around some text using the Borders function. Now I
want to move on to another part of the page. But whenever I click
there the cursor
always goes back to the inside of the first border. How can I move
