You've applied it to some paragraphs; and Word then continues to
apply it until further notice. For the paragraphs for which you
don't want it (ie, those below the bordered paragraphs), select them
and use Format Borders to clear the setting (the reverse of how
you applied it), or apply some other style, or press Ctrl-Q to make
the selected paragraphs revert to their defined styles.

want to move on to another part of the page. But whenever I click
