Default Is there a viewer available for download to view Publisher files?

You could also use the free MWSnap which will make an image file of any part
or all of what's displayed on your monitor.

You can get MWSnap at:

Without having to purchase Publisher, is there a viewer available for
download to view Publisher files? For Version 2000? For Version 2003?

I have been making business cards, bookmarks and greeting cards for
people
(learning as I go along). When I want to show them the design, since they
don't have Publisher, I use Paint Shop Pro and do a screen capture of the
open (in publisher) graphic, crop it to the right size, and save as a jpg.

Of course, this would mean having a program like PSP that does screen
captures. Actually I think there's a print screen key, that might do the
same thing.

There's also the idea of printing it and scanning it, to save as a file
you can then email to anyone.

I'm far from an expert on this, but it's what I've been doing.
