I am running Exchange 2000 / Outlook 2003 and need to
create a rule that will auto reply to all incoming
messages. This rule will need to be run even when
Outlook is not open on the client machine and will also
need to include the original message body and subject.

I have been able to create a server based rule on the Outlook client that will
do all but include the original message body. Is it possible
to do all of the above?
