We have a strange problem with our shared outlook=20

calendar. We use the calendar as a group calendar in=20
outlook and as a live, web based version from the exact=20
same calendar. Both using exchange. Our employees use our=20
intranet asp application to request days off, and the=20
intranet automatically puts those as appointments in our=20
calendar.=20

The problem is that these appointments are all shown ok=20

in the web based calendar, but that the outlook calendar=20
seems to forget the appointments after a while, and doesn=E2?
Tt; display them anymore. This is strange because both=20
calendars works on exactly the same way. It gets even=20
stranger: if you open one of the appointments in the web=20
calendar that are not shown in de outlook calendar they=20
appear in the outlook calendar the same moment, and won=E2?
Tt disappear again. I=E2?Tve checked if opening the=20
appointment changes the source file the appointment is=20
stored in, but it stays exactly the same.=20

I really don=E2?Tt know how to solve this. Maybe it is=20

possible to simulate opening the appointment right after=20
you save it by the intranet, but I don=E2?Tt know how. I=E2?Tm=20
not experienced in exchange so if anyone has seen this or=20
know what might be the problem I would be really happy to=20
hear..=20

We are running:
Windows 2000 server and Exchange 2000 with the latest=20

service packs.=20
Our client pc=E2?Ts use Windows XP and Outlook XP with=20

latest service pack.=20

Thanks in advance..=20
