shots in Power Point might work well. I would prefer to put them in
Word,
though, because it's a little more flexible AND you can print it out

training document later on.
Yes, Word may offer a bit more flexibility, as you say. I may want to
add
some other informationl. I'm also thinking that once setup in Word, I
could
then take some of them into PowerPoint to insert perhaps arrows and/or
call-outs that would also be animated for specific emphasis as well.
I hope something like that will help you do what you need to do.
