Default Why can't I receive large attachments with Outlook in Roadrunner?

John,

Our company has developed an Outlook add-in called DirectXchange that
may help you send and receive large attachments more easily.

From within Outlook, DirectXchange loads large files, compresses them

into a zip archive, then splits the archive into multiple pieces and
attaches each piece to a separate email message. It then transmits
these messages as standard mail messages to the recipient. The size of
the individual messages is completely under your control. On the
receiving end, DirectXchange automatically reassembles the pieces into
the original file.

Roadrunner (Time Warner) has not responded to my problem. I am using Office
Outlook 2003.
