Hi, I generate several documents regularly that have duplicate text in them (Company Name for example) and I would like a way that I can fill in this information just ones and have it automatically populate each place that the word(s) would go.

I know this is proberbly in Help, but without know what it is called I cannot find anything.

Any help is much appreciated,
