Default adding music to a slide show

First you have to rip the music from the CD. Several programs can do this
(I believe, Windows Media Player and iTunes can do it). However, if it is
a recent CD, it probably has digital rights management that will prevent
you from including it in PowerPoint.

Next you need to follow the advice at this site to get it to play
throughout the presentation:

Play sounds across multiple slides (A WAV runs through it)

How do you add music from a CD to play through-out the entire
presentation without it starting over and without inserting the CD in
the D drive?
