Hi,
Thare are many solutions to this problem.
1)Save visio file in any universal format like web format (File - Save as
Web Page) or *.jpg
2)insert Visio in to word

To do this
Open Word
On the menu click on Insert-Object
This will open Object window.
Click ‘Create from File’ tab and browse to the Visio file (The one
which you want to take the print)
Press Insert button

3)download and install Visio Viewer in your boss's system.
