Hi,

take our Send Personally add-in: it will create a individual message for
each recipient in the list. So, it helps you to avoid the limitation for the
number of copies for _one_ message.

I created few distribution list (Group of email address) in my Outlook 2000

Group/Distribution list. I tried checking properties of Distribution list.

finally I counted them one by one and it tooks me 500 Sec. And if they

more than 100 I would like to cut/paste and create one more list. But I

and I cannot cut/copy/paste from list. So it is difficult to remove them
from
list bigger than 100 and remeber them and add them in other list.
Specially
if it is more number e.g 160.

I apologies if this feature is already there in outlook 2000 or 2003. If
not
than I hope you will add this in Outlook 2005
