Hi,

I am creating a new post of the issue unable to perform
email merge in HTML format.

I can use outlook but want to get this fixed from word and
the word group suggested me to outlook.

I have tried using different datasources and none works.
Also, I was asked if the messages are being created? - NO,
the messages are not being created.

I once again thankyou for your efforts in this issue.

Ok Let me explainm you the complete procedure I follow:

I Open Microsoft word 2002
Clcik on Tools - Lettera and Mailing
Mailmerge
Choose Email message
Follow the wizard until step 6
when we click on Merge
"Merge to email dialog box " to select the Mail format in
which we want to send the email.

In the dropdown if we choose HTML the email is "never
sent"

If we choose Plaintext, attachment the email will be
sent.

Also, I kept the same issue in word group and they asked
me to contact outlook.
