Outlook2007: We have 2 seperate pc's and I need to export my contacts,
import them on my asst's pc, have her make new contacts and revise old

need to do this on a continuous basis. I truly need step by step
instruction because I've tried to do this for hours to no avail.

Please help with instruction, a link etc..

Get an Exchange account. It will make all this very painless. Your
assistant would be able to see and edit your contacts in real-time while
you are using the software.

They are available as a hosted solution from multiple providers.
Microsoft is one such provider, but they have a minimum requirement of 5
users. Apps4rent is another provider with no minimum requirement.
