Try the below.Change the text strings to cell references...

=SUMIF(A:A,"ProductA",OFFSET(A:A,,MATCH("Company A",A1:J1,0)-1))

OR

=SUMIF(A:A,"ProductA",OFFSET(B:B,,MATCH("Company A",A1:J1,0)-2))
