Default Lock group of rows for printing purposes

Benjamin, there's no way to group rows so they'll stay together at print
time. The best you can do, as you point out, is to use the Page Break
Preview to set the page breaks manually.

And, if I may, may I offer this advice? Try to keep each client's
information on a single row. If necessary, widen the columns and wrap the
text in cells (Format Cells Alignment Wrap Text), and introduce line
breaks (Alt+Enter). Keeping all the client information on a single line will
pay dividends later if you ever want to sort, group, or filter your client
list.

I'm setting up a grid with client names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.

Some of the information for each client takes up two rows, others three or
four. If I add a client in the middle, I'd like to be sure that all the
information for each client moves forward to the next page if there's not
enough room at the bottom of the page. Is there a way to group the rows so
they will print together? Simply inserting a row pushes the bottom row onto
the next page. I know I could put in a manual page break, but is there a way
for this to happen automatically? Thanks.
