Don't know what caused it, but creating a new Outlook profile did the trick.

Anybody know why the option to "Show this folder as an email address book" would be unavailable when right-clicking the Contacts folder? It's grayed-out on one of my users' profiles... O2k3, Exch 2k3, XP Pro, etc.
