Make sure that that address isn't also listed in the Safe List or has been
added as a contact in your Contacts folder.

I add senders to the blocked senders list but I still receive them
frequently. I copy the e-mail address, then paste them them to the blocked
senders list so that I know they are accurate, but it makes no difference.
I
tried creating a rule sending specific unwanted e-mails directly to the
deleted files folder but that doesn't work either, I still receive them.
One
particular e-mail address I have tried everything with is a hi-jacked
hotmail.com. Mostly, they go to my junk folder but I occassionally I find
them in my "inbox". This only happens with around half a dozen addresses.
Has
anyone else experienced this problem and, if so, how have you dealt with
it?
I'm fed up with having to manually delete them.
