Default Cannot add-in Producer

Steve,
In powerpoint, both settings of security level and trust all add-ins are under the tools/macros/security setting which I did both at the same time. So currently I have security at a low setting, and trust all add-ins checked. Then when I attempt to install prod2.ppa file, I can highlite the file but when I click ok, nothing shows up in the add-in dialogue box. Thanks for the support and replies.

I've reloaded ppt (2002) and upgraded to Producer 2003, but I still cannot do

the add-in for Producer. I've also put the macro setting to low security
(although I do not like that) and have "trust all add-ins and templates"
checked. I'm using Windows 2000. Producer was upgraded after reinstalling ppt.
Please advise how to add-in Producer in Powerpoint 2002. Thanks.

It's not clear what order you did this all in, but for it to work, you want to:

Set security to low and set it to trust all installed addins and templates
Then install the addin
Then reset security to medium or high; as long as it stays set to trust all
installed addins, you don't need security on low until you install more addins.
