properties and changing the area code, then changing it back.

Of course, all bets are off with upgrade installations. I never upgrade,

if I do, I always create a new profile from scratch to fix what the

set properly in control panel/phone and modem (WinXP).

This worked on my desktop computer in Outlook 2002, but stopped working
when
I upgraded to 2003. I have about 10 computers running 2002 (all work
normally), and 4 running 2003 (1 works, 3 don't). I can't figure out any
setting that could allow this to work on the one computer or not on the
other three.
