Can't send or receive

Two e-mail accounts in system. Both check out OK. When message is on
screen, clicking ACCOUNTS icon gets "fatal error occurred in Outlook.
Have transfered old .pst file, have gone back to new .pst file. Both
work (or don't work the same.
Care to state your Outlook version?
