When deleting sectionB, the layout of section A changes to two columns

the incorrect header for that section. Why? and how can this be avoided?

Also, does anyone know if section behaviour has changed between officeXP

office2007? it doesn't seem likely but I have no way of testing as I have
no
access to officeXP anymore.


Each section break stores the formatting of the *preceding* section, which
explains what you are seeing. This behavior is the same as that of previous
versions of Word. For more, see

Is it possible to have a "style" like setting to apply to sections?
Something we can view and modify as required?
