Example:

1. I select 'Homeowner' as one of my options in a list or combo box that I
have created for a field named 'Category' (which will contain about 10 other
options as well).
2. I would then like to be able to identify the housing subdivision
(possibly dozens or hundreds of options), i.e. Fox Run, where this Homeowner
resides.

How can I require that users who input data ensure they select a proper
housing subdivision name when the 'Homeowner' field has been chosen first
without making 'Subdivision' a separate field? Is there a way to link them so
upon choosing 'Homeowner' the user must immediately choose a subdivision?
