Default Is there a viewer available for download to view Publisher files?

I have been making business cards, bookmarks and
greeting cards for people (learning as I go along). When
I want to show them the design, since they don't have
Publisher, I use Paint Shop Pro and do a screen capture
of the open (in publisher) graphic, crop it to the right
size, and save as a jpg.

Might be worth a try to create .pdf files of your projects:

Download and install the following free PDF Creator.

PrimoPDF
http://www.primopdf.com/

With your new program installed...open your project
in Publisher and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.

The resulting .pdf file can be viewed on any computer
that has the free Adobe Reader installed.
