Default I have office 2000, trying office 3000. Can't download using code

Assuming you downloaded Office 2003, you should have received a product key
that contains 25 characters (letters and number), not including the dashes.
When entering the product key, do not enter the dashes.

The product key would also have been displayed in the page containing the
download link.

If the key you received contains only 20 characters, then is it possible
that you deleted part of it?

I believe that if you reinitiate the process, MS will issue another number,
which should also work with the trial version you downloaded. You should be
able to get that number without enduring another full download.

I downloaded your office 3000 trial program to see if there was any
difference with my office 2000 program and I was asked to put in the code
that was saved on my email from Microsoft. There are 5 digits left to put
in. Came back invalid. I was trying to use Word office 3000 at the time.
Have I lost my office 2000 and now will have to load again?
