Russ, I have to sync my Microsoft Pocket PC version 4.20.0 Smartphone daily
with my Contacts for my work. I have been doing this doing without a problem
for 5 years but when I upgraded from XP Professional + Outlook 2003 to a new
Vista Notebook + OUTLOOK 2007 in March 2007 - Outlook 2007 goes into a NEVER
ENDING SEND and RECEIVE LOOP as described by Dave. After suffering with NO
help from Microsocf Support or HP Support and logging the problem in
Microsoft TECH Forum on 10 March 2007

gave up recently and loaded Outlook 2003 and have has no problems since.
THUS, this is either a OUTLOOK 2007 problem OR it is a WINDOWS MOBILE DEVICE
problem syncing with OUTLOOK 2007. As I said above, I need to sync my
Microsoft Pocket PC version 4.20.0 Smartphone daily with my Contacts for my
work. I am really sick and fed up with MICROSOFT making their customers
responsible for MICROSOFT's mess-ups. WHEN IS MOCROSOFT GOING TO CLEAN UP
THEIR MESS AND FIX THIS BUG SO I CAN USE THESE VERY EXPENSIVE MICROSOFT
SOFTWARE PRODUCTS THAT DON'T WORK TOGETHER?????
