Default set colored flags to go to different folders

We are using Outllook 2003 in an Exch 2003 environment. For users, at
present, when they flag an email received in the Inbox, it gets sent to the
Follow Up Folder in the Nav Pane. But is it possible to configure things such
that different colored flags go to different folders in the Nav Pane...maybe
different folders created in the Follow Up Folder? Example Red flag to the
abc folder, Blue flag to the def folder and so on.
