Default Footnote Inserted in Table Header Repeat on All Pages

Hi, AMM. Don't create a footnote in the table header, because a footnote is designed to appear only once on the page where it is inserted, not on every page. Instead, put a superscript number or symbol in the table header, then create a footer with the same superscript number or symbol you put in the table header, plus the text (in normal font) that you want to repeat at the bottom of each page. To create a footer, click on View | Header and Footer, then press the DownArrow key until your cursor moves to the footer.

How can I do this??

Thank you!!
