I went back in to Norton AntiVirus to enable the Office plug-in. Then I
ran
the regsvr32 /u command again. This time I was successful. I guess
because
the Norton AntiVirus software had already disabled the officeav.dll, it
could
not disable it twice.
The bad news is the problem with the graphs still persists.
