The prompt should appear as a ScreenTip (pop-up) when he mouses over any
link. In the case of a TOC, if the \h switch has been removed from the TOC
field, then only the page numbers will be linked (as in previous versions),
not the entire TOC entry, but if you left the whole entry linked, then he
should see it when he mouses over any portion of the TOC.

But, even if he doesn't see the "Ctrl+click to follow link" message, if he
holds the ctrl button down when he clicks where the link should be, the link
will work?
