Default PROBLEM WITH PERMISSIONS

I have a few users that we upgraded to office 2003. These
users are attached to an NT 4.0 network with a Netware
3.2 server. When the office 2003 clients try to save a
file from word or excel to the mapped Netware drive, they
get an error that the folder is read-only. I tried to
save a file from notepad and wordpad, no problem. The
users of any other version of Office have no problems.
Any help would be appriciated.
