Default Outlook Contacts Not Working

Well you're to the point I have been which led me here. Hehehe I've
tried creating a new profile, deleting the old one, then I tried adding
a profile and using it instead, neither solved the problem.

I've also reinstalled Outlook.

Unless it's impossible to be a server-side issue, I think I have to
delete the mailbox/account and recreate it.

If I do that, I'll export his current contacts into something benign
like a comma-delimited file or excel spreadsheet to get his contacts
back.
