Default Help for an out-of-control inbox!

I've been looking all over for a program to help me manage my inbox better. I originally tried creating folders on my own, but proved to myself I wasn't very efficient. Then I tried a program called NEO (Nelson Email Organizer). Unfortunately, it is a stand alone program that runs in addition to MS Outlook. I found it a bit overwhelming and disliked how it mirrored the old outlook view. I've grown too accustomed to the side-by-side view of Outlook 2003 and don't want to go back.

I found exactly what I've been looking for in a program named Clearcontext IMS (http://www.clearcontext.com/). When I first installed the program I had exactly 688 messages in my inbox! Now, I've neatly organized it into manageable topic folders & threads. For any of you who have Gmail, this Outlook add-in delivers the similar "look" and functionality to your desktop.

No, I don't work for their company. But if I did, I'd certainly change the name to something that more clearly indicates the program's functionality in its title. In comparing the 2 programs mentioned above, Nelson Email Organizer tells me exactly what it does in its name. Clearcontext doesn't. As a result, I had a much more difficult time finding it & convincing myself to give it a try.

The bottom line is - I'm glad I did.
