Does anyone know of a website that explains nested sets and how they are set

Did you try google this? I did and noticed several that included Joe Celko's

I have been looking. I did notice a few results that talk about nested sets

The Nested Sets model has nothing to do with ACCESS; it is very
general, portable SQL programming. I also have a book on TREES & HIERARCHIES IN SQL that discusses other models.
