Rules in Error
A user complains that, every time he starts up Outlook, he gets an error
message about Rules in Error. The rule is a Server-Requested Client action, specifically: MoveCopy, Unable to create dest msg. The user has removed all rules from his Exchange account via his Outlook client and still gets the error. A cursory glance over the Exchange server logs shows nothing untoward; any ideas? Thanks, Jeff |

Try to have the user log on to another computer, if the problem still exists,
there should be something wrong in the server, at least the user account in the server. There might be some non-client-only rules resides in exchange server. Hope this help!
