Have you stored it in Outlook Express?

No did not. When you read the instructions on how to download the trial
version it just tells you that the current outlook (not express) will be replaced but contacts calendar and other information will be retained. Is it possible that when I convert to the full version or revert back to my existing outlook (2000) they will be there? I tried to sync my palm with the trial version and it won't sync. I received a message that the palm device has a different outlook profile. Thoughts? Office 2003 uses a storage format which is incompatible with earlier versions, and there aren't (TTBOMK) any converters. If you didn't back up your data before installation, I believe it's irretrievable. -- In memory of MS MVP Alex Nichol: http://www.dts-l.org/ |
