When opening some emails I get little outlines of square box's with a small
red x in the upper left hand corner.. Can anyone please explain to me what I
can do to correct this and make the emails open correctly? Thank you
Cleo

Aloha Cleo,

What version of Outlook are you using? Sounds like Outlook has blocked the
display of images - if so there should be an information bar at the top of
the message with a link to display the images.
