Add up a column ... isn't that rather ... spreadsheetly? In a well-normalized relational database table, it might not be so common to add all the values in a field/column for a table. And by the way, the data is in the table, not in the form. If you need to get the sum of all the values in a particular column (e.g., how much did we take in $$ this month?), use a Totals query and use Sum. Good luck!
