Default using avery wizard with outlook contents

I want to use avery wizard in word to make labels etc. I want to import my
contact list from outlook. However, I can't find where the file is located to
import it.
Any help will be appreciated. thanks.

Default using avery wizard with outlook contents

What is "avery wizard?" Mail merges from Word never require you to "import"
from Outlook, nor should you. Mail merges from Word allow you to select the
Contacts Folder you want to use as your data source.
