Outlook should show time zones for contacts
My suggestion is that in the Contact Properties box, within the address book,
there should be some way of displaying what time zone the person is in. This would be especially useful for large organizations, where employees use the address book to look up a colleague's phone number - if the colleague is in another part of the world it would be very useful to be able to see what time zone they are in, rather than having to go elsewhere to look up their time zone from their address. Surely there could be a way to automatically work out a contact's time zone from part of their address (e.g. state or city). Even more useful would be if Outlook could tell you exactly what time it is for your contact at the time you look up their details. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
