Clarify what you mean by "the cache." If you mean the autocompletion cache,
just send a message to everyone in your Outlook Address Book (while offline so they won't all get the message). -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Rajeev" wrote in message oups.com... hi everyone i want to get all the address in my contacts to be displayed in the cache..i have tried some possibilities, it didnt work.could anyone help me on this Thanks Rajeev S |

Or, just add everyone in your Contacts to a recipient field, resolve the addresses with CTRL-K, then cancel the compose window. -- Brian Tillman |

Select the contacts from your Contacts folder (CTRL-A will select them all), then click ActionsNew Message to Contact. This will place all your contacts in the To field of a new message. If they aren't underlined, click Check Names or press CTRL-K. They'll underline (i.e., resolve) and the action of resolution will place them in the autocompletion cache. You can then close the compose window without pressing send, choosing "No" when Outlook asks if you want to save the changes. -- Brian Tillman |
