sending emails to certain categories

I've set categories up for my contacts, my question is when I create a new
email and click on the "To" button, how do I see the email contacts by
category in that area?

Open your contacts, group by Category, select the category, and click
ActionsNew Message to Contact.

Thanks for reply Brian, but that's not what I mean, I want to be able to
click the "to" button and see my contacts by category (i.e. if I want to
forward an email to a new person)

The address book interface is not configurable.
