designing real estate database using Access 2000

Rather an open-ended request, don't you think? Why have you selected Access as your "tool of choice" for this project? What level of experience do you already have using MS Access? Which version? "Real Estate" may be a very broad field, especially to folks without any direct experience. Are you considering buying/selling, managing properties, residential/commercial, legal considerations, urban planning, ...? -- More info, please ... I have selected to use MS Access as this is the database application inwhich I
have experience. I am a MOS in Access 2000. The database that i'm about to create is about buying/selling real estate, residential/commercial, and also managing properties. Thanks for the additional information. While I am not familiar with
applications like you mentioned, others in the 'group may be.
